Technical Support & Communication

As a care plan customer, we will get you through to the right team member within 1 hour with our essential care plan, or 30 minutes with our complete care plan.

Priority Support

As a care plan customer, you will receive priority support, including an onsite response within 48 hours, or 24 hours with our complete care plan.

Remote Monitoring

Having remote access to your equipment allows us to quickly identify and support you with any issues you may be experiencing. Remote monitoring can also avoid an onsite response if not required.
